USES
:
|
|
Courageous
and undaunted in the face of danger, merciless against
its prey, it was used for a long time for hunting animals
in their dens. It specializes in foxes, badgers, otter,
and rabbit. Due, however, to its singular good looks,
the Scottish terrier has become a unique and well-loved
companion dog. It is especially appreciated because
it plays well with children, barks little and has a
watchful nature in regard to the house. Its attractive
image has been used for advertising Scotch whiskey,
on greeting cards, toys and talismans
